These guys are terrific! My wife and I came to town for our anniversary and discovered a flat tire after returning from visiting a few shops on Canal Park Drive. I called for service who replaced my flat with my spare tire. We've had good service in the past from Discount tire where we purchased my wife's last set of tires so we immediately called. Despite our calling 1/2 hour to their close they stated if we got their by their close time they would service us, which they did. Every bay was full but they said they would get to us that day (8/7/26). They allowed me to leave my wheel with them to diagnose the issue while I took my wife to check in at our hotel and promised they would still be there when I returned. When I did return they had discovered a failed valve stem as the issue and had already replaced the stem and reinflated the tire. They immediately serviced my vehicle, replacing the wheel within roughly ten to fifteen minutes and charged me nothing for the service... Who does that these days!! Professional, courteous and service second to none!!! A special shout out to Mitchell (I think that was his name) who served us, well done buddy! We will be back.

After returning from a road trip, I woke up on a Sunday morning with an almost flat tire. I Googled which tire places were open. Tires Plus popped up so I called. A guy named Sawyer answered and said if I could bring my vehicle in soon, I'd most likely be able to have it looked at and repaired the same day. I drove over there and explained my tire situation. I spoke to a guy named Jeremy who was very friendly and professional. He told me they'd give me a call after having a chance to look over my van. Jeremy called me a few hours later and let me know I had a puncture around the rim of my tire that wasn't repairable. He said they could replace the tire or both front tires. He said they have the tires in stock and they could complete the work before closing at 5 PM. He called me an hour later to let me know my van was ready to be picked up. I had them put on 2 new wiper blades too since I was in need of them. This was my first experience with the team there and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Upon entering the store, it was extremely clean! I was greeted by Max(?), he was very friendly! I purchased a vehicle through Carvana and wanted to make sure fluids, tires and brakes were okay. Max was very understanding and professional. After the vehicle inspection, he went through the mechanic report with me and it was so helpful! As a woman, dealing with dealerships and car mechanics can feel intimidating and constantly worried if I am being taken advantage due to lack of knowledge. I never felt that way throughout this experience! I failed to mention in the beginning that I wanted to make a claim through Carvana for a fix but Max accommodated at last minute and I am very grateful! Thank you Tires Plus!! I will DEFINITELY be back!

This is the best Tires Plus location. The staff are amazing, helpful and very friendly and knowledgeable. It's the only place I go for tires. Jeremy has been a long time go to person and is so helpful. All of the staff go above and beyond in service. I was thrilled to see a former student of mine, Sawyer L working at this location. So fun to see him be so successful. I am certain that he greatly benefit from working with such a great team
